Monday to Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm)

37 hours a week

Holidays: 35 days pro rata

Duration: Temporary, ongoing 

What you'll be doing in this role: 

Undertake ‘scheduled’ and unscheduled’ tasks daily and maintain a daily logbook of all activities

Carrying out Health and Safety checks in communal areas at low, medium and high rise flats

Liaising and reporting repairs including visits to elderly or vulnerable tenants to assist in accurate reporting of repairs etc.

Assist maintenance staff and tenants

Working with grounds maintenance and office staff in addressing environmental issues

Monitoring minor instances of nuisance and low level Anti-social behaviour
