Position Overview
- High school diploma or GED
- Documented level 2 classroom training (80 hours) that is compliant to NAS 410 Rev 5 in ultrasonic inspection. (eddy current and penetrant a plus.)
- Documented and signed level 2 OJT training (800 hours) that is compliant to NAS 410 Rev 5 in ultrasonic inspection. (eddy current and penetrant a plus.)
- Documented previously certified NAS 410 level 2 in ultrasonic inspection (eddy current and penetrant inspection a plus.)
- Experience with ultrasonic testing of monolithic laminates, sandwiched core, co-cured laminates, and metal bond assemblies.
- Experience with PAUT using semi-autonomous gantry/robotic systems, MAUS V system and, RSFlite.
- Experience with TTU using semi-autonomous gantry/robotic systems.
- Ability to read, interpret, and evaluate ultrasonic A/B/C scan data.
