**A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)**

As an NDE Technical Training Specialist based in Mount
Pleasant, PA, you will lead the development and delivery of technical training
programs supporting Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) services. Your day will
include designing training curriculum, conducting hands-on and classroom
instruction, and mentoring technicians to ensure workforce readiness. You will
collaborate closely with PSC facility managers and leadership to define
training needs and continuously improve training infrastructure. This role also
supports field execution during peak outage periods, providing advanced NDE
expertise and troubleshooting support.
