Responsibilities

Directly support Fleet readiness by delivering **Ready Relevant Learning (RRL)** to Sailors through high-quality, hands-on instruction in **Ship Control Systems (SCS)** . This role ensures Sailors are trained at the right time, at the right level, to safely operate, troubleshoot, and fight their ships at peak performance. This role is **ideal for** **hands-on Navy operators and instructors** who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and directly supporting Sailor readiness.
