We’re FIRST Security, one of New Zealand’s leading security providers. We’re looking for a National Operations Centre (NOC) Operator to join our Auckland-based team in a critical 24/7 operational role.

About the role

• Part time position (16 hours per week) Monday 06:00 - 14:00 & Friday 14:00 - 22:00

• Dispatch, assign and monitor field service requests nationwide

• Support Field Officers and contractors in real time, including virtual two-up support

• Triage inbound customer calls and resolve issues efficiently

• Accurately log events and incidents in line with SOPs and customer frameworks

• Escalate incidents, performance or health and safety concerns when required
