The National Field Manager (NFM) will manage 5+Area Sales Managers across Mexico, and has the potential to manage other positions such as Trainers. The NFM will lead the field management team for the entire program. The NFM will partner closely with the Internal Operations and Client Operations teams on mass communication needs, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) needs, reporting needs, KPIs, compliance and bonus measurements for ASMs and Sales Promoters. Responsibilities: The NFM will also work directly with Managers on weekly priorities for the team and performance management escalations from Managers. NFM will closely manage payroll to ensure unapproved overtime is minimized, ensure hourly budgets and expenses by store are closely monitored, and hold team accountable to established KPIs.
