Responsibilities
Production Stability & Monitoring
- Provide a production overview across the bank.
- Act as the central point of contact for production health across technology.
- Proactively monitor the environment using telemetry to detect abnormalities and conduct focused investigations when required.
- Correlate cross‑stream issues and events.
Incident Management
- Actively manage all SEV 1-3 Major Incidents.
- Maintain oversight of all SEV 4 incidents, including current status and escalations.
- Track trends and abnormal volumes of SEV 5 and unstructured requests.
- Manage SEV 4 incidents when escalation risk is identified.
