Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Days)

Location: Tilbury, Essex

Salary: £(phone number removed) per annum + Overtime & On‑call

Shifts: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (1-in-6 on‑call rota)

The Role

Working within a high‑energy production facility, you will focus on minimizing downtime and driving system improvements. This is a site that prioritises Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and long‑term asset reliability over “firefighting.”

• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults.
• Maintain automated systems, including PLCs, controls, and 3‑phase motors.
• Support machine part replacements and conduct mandatory safety logs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and site upgrades.
