What You’ll Do

As a GenAI Creative you will be the creative and strategic force behind AI‑driven brand, video, digital and visual initiatives within the BCG Design Studios—guiding and executing projects from concept through final delivery. You’ll inspire multidisciplinary teams including writers, designers, editors, and producers, while integrating generative AI technologies to transform creative processes and storytelling.

You’ll develop and pitch original, AI‑assisted concepts, scripts, and storyboards that translate strategic briefs into bold, innovative campaigns, customer journeys, visionary digital products or high‑impact data visualization. As a fluent user of the latest AI creative tools—such as video synthesis, text‑to‑image/video generation, and AI editing—you will embed cutting‑edge capabilities directly into our workflows.
