The Role

• Carrying out day‑to‑day repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties
• Mainly plumbing and carpentry works
• General multi‑trade repairs including patch repairs, tiling, painting & decorating, and basic maintenance
• Working in tenants’ homes and providing good customer service
• Completing jobs to a good standard and within target times
• Using PDA/job systems to update and close down works
• Keeping your van stock organised and reporting materials needed
• Working safely and keeping work areas tidy

What We’re Looking For

• Strong plumbing and carpentry experience
• Previous social housing or property maintenance experience preferred
• Able to work on your own and manage your workload
