We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader with basic plumbing skills to work on social housing properties across the Ipswich area and surrounding towns.

This is a great opportunity to secure consistent, long-term work with a well-established contractor delivering planned and reactive maintenance works.

The Role

Working across occupied properties, you’ll be responsible for completing a variety of maintenance and refurbishment tasks, primarily focused on flooring and basic plumbing works.

• Uplifting existing vinyl flooring and preparing subfloors
• Applying latex/smoothing compounds
