We're looking for Multi-Skilled Operatives to join our Empty Homes team within HomeFix Planned Works. In this role, you'll help transform empty properties into safe, secure, and welcoming homes, ready for new customers to move into and thrive.

Working across a range of trades, you'll carry out repairs, maintenance and installation work to bring homes up to our lettable standard. From fitting kitchens and bathrooms to carpentry, plumbing, tiling, flooring and decorating, no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in reducing void turnaround times and helping customers access quality homes sooner.

To be successful in this role you will :
