Position Overview
Responsibilities - Perform general building maintenance works for residential villas and properties
- Carry out electrical repairs including lights, switches, sockets, and wiring checks
- Conduct plumbing maintenance such as leak repairs, pipe replacement, and pump servicing
- Perform basic AC servicing and troubleshooting
- Handle minor civil works including painting, door repairs, silicone work and small fixes
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and professionally
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Travel to different locations to perform maintenance jobs
Qualifications - Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory
- Minimum 3 years experience in building maintenance
- Multi‑skilled technician with knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and AC maintenance
