Multi‑Site Manager – Editions

The Multi‑Site Manager is responsible for driving the highest possible performance across their site(s) and supporting and holding the Site Manager accountable in their daily running of site operation. They maximise customer satisfaction by delivering operational KPIs and maximise profitability by minimising costs (including optimising labour efficiencies), whilst upholding industry‑leading compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan your work week most effectively between your respective sites (1‑4) to ensure the greatest possible impact on your team and operation. The role requires working weekends, late nights and shifts on public holidays.
• Lead through your respective teams, working closely with Site Manager(s) to achieve all company objectives and goals, leading effectively at a distance while remaining willing to get involved in day‑to‑day work.
