Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a clients team at (3) communities in Minneapolis & Edina, MN (55408/55435). The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience in residential maintenance, have experience with unit turns, have knowledge of basic maintenance, be self-motivated, be able to organize multiple tasks throughout the day and is self-sufficient. This role is contracted and expected to go 90-120 days in length, but could become permanent for the right candidate.

Salary: $26-$28/hour DOQ.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 830-5pm - No On Call requirements

Responsibilities and Job Duties:

The completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned by performing a wide variety of general maintenance and repair functions including:

• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Appliance repair
• Air handler and general HVAC maintenance
• Lock changes
