Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Employee and performance management experience (leading large and diverse teams) - Expertise in two or more production or supply chain areas - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements, also analyze the data you generate - Advanced level in Excel (vlookup, advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros);
- Fluent Portuguese and advanced English;
- Available to travel 20% of the time to visit SCPs in your regional
