Emerge is currently recruiting qualified candidates for several direct-hire Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician jobs in Hampton, VA for our client, a growing manufacturer of quality Aerospace and Industrial components. The Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs industrial production equipment and facility infrastructure in a high-precision aerospace/industrial manufacturing environment. Candidates must have three (3) or more years of experience in Industrial Maintenance with hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and preventative maintenance. Trade school education is preferred.



Our client offers a starting pay rate of $41.70 per hour plus a $1.00 shift premium and an excellent benefits package that starts on day one!

- 1st shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:00pm

- 2nd shift: Mon–Fri, 3:00pm–11:00pm
