The MTS Equipment (Lithography) will provide technical leadership to startup of next generation of Fanout packaging equipment, optimize equipment capability, quality, and utilization through CIP to meet company’s goals.

• Have an in-depth understanding of how Photolithography Stepper, Coat, Develop & Dielectric Material Cure process equipment working principle and how critical parameters will impact Photo process.
• Provide technical and operational leadership to the lithography equipment team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for equipment related escalations and critical tool issues.
• Able to work together with process counterpart to resolve complex integration issues.
• Lead tool performance reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
