GENERAL FUNCTION: The MST Program Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision to a team of MST therapists. The Supervisor ensures adherence to MST treatment principles, conducts weekly group and individual supervision, manages caseloads, and collaborates with the MST Expert and Program Manager to overcome program‑level barriers. 1. Provide weekly group supervision and training to MST therapists, ensuring adherence to MST principles and analytic processes; conduct individual supervision as needed to target clinician competency and remove barriers to effective implementation.

2. Carry clinical and administrative responsibility for the MST team, including caseload assignment, referral management, and staff scheduling.
