Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Maintenance

• Administer and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod)
• Perform environment monitoring, health checks, and performance tuning
• Handle system updates, patches, and version upgrades
• Manage data backups, refresh activities, and disaster recovery processes.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Hands-on experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS)
• Knowledge of Azure infrastructure and services
• Experience with Data Management Framework (DMF)
• Understanding of security roles and role-based access control
• Familiarity with integration tools (Azure Logic Apps, APIs, etc.)...
