The Senior MRO System Support Lead will act as the primary technical and functional lead for the MRO system environment supporting aircraft maintenance operations.

This role provides expert-level support for the current system and will play a key leadership role in the transition to Siemens Opcenter.

The position requires deep knowledge of aircraft MRO processes, military aircraft parts and configurations, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple engineering, maintenance, supply chain, quality, and IT teams.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first and second line of support for the MRO system used by maintenance and support teams.
  • Provide expert guidance on aircraft MRO business processes, including maintenance planning, parts traceability, work package support, material status, and records control.
