Mechanical Supervisor

Position within Boeing Defence UK (BDUK) Ltd supporting key programmes such as Apache, Chinook, C-17, P-8A and E7 Wedgetail. The role is part of a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) organisation, reporting to an Operations Lead. Responsibilities include ensuring process adherence, accurate work recording, regulatory compliance and supervision of technicians.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aircraft maintenance under Boeing’s own MAA MRP Part 145 approval or under the approval of the MOD customer.
• Assembly, disassembly and/or modification of systems, changing, removing, replacing and/or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes.
• Perform routine troubleshooting of complex aircraft systems such as pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical/electronic to isolate faults and repair faulty components in accordance with authorised maintenance documents.
