Responsibilities

• Receive on-dock customer and supplier shipments.
• Create receiving advices in SAP including serial numbers as required and forward parts and paperwork accordingly.
• Load/unload trucks.
• Package and process outbound shipments to customers and suppliers in a time-sensitive environment.
• Inspect all product to ensure parts conform to paperwork and travelers.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of shipper/receiver experience in an aerospace or related manufacturing environment.
• Valid forklift license.
• Military packaging knowledge and Dangerous Goods Packaging Certificate (asset).
• Understanding of US/Canada customs regulations (desired).
• Knowledge/understanding of SAP.
• Proven problem solving skills and experience with lean manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
