• Enter data such as patient history, anatomical area to be scanned, orientation specified, and position of entry into the aperture of MRI equipment into the computer.


• Key commands to specify scan sequences and adjust transmitters and receivers into the computer.


• Observe patients through the window of the control room and on closed-circuit TV to monitor safety and comfort.
