**Your Role & Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the education, coaching and mentoring of all employees in lean (MPS) methodology and leading lean manufacturing initiatives and programs throughout the plant such as work flow improvement by Value Stream Mapping, 5S, work station efficiency, etc.
- Identification of suitable areas for further Specialist Projects, including estimating potential savings.
- Conduct project management in collaboration with MPS responsible in plant and guide project participants (external and internal)
- Plan, lead, execute and hand-over of MPS- Specialist Projects
- Transfer the lean mentality and culture within the plant.
