$16.94 per hour/15 hour per week

7:30 am to 2:00 pm

Safe, responsible and careful operation of program vehicle.

Deliver meals to homebound clients and congregate meal sites as directed.

Follow safe food handling procedures including maintenance of vehicle interior and exterior sanitation.

Monitor client well-being by making contact at time of delivery and notifying supervisor of any change in client condition; institute emergency procedure as necessary.

Maintain radio contact with central office to facilitate communication.

Communicate with Meals on Wheels Coordinator/Assistant to develop efficient route plan; follow daily delivery schedule.

Ensure assigned vehicle is in good operating condition prior to loading meals; maintain daily vehicle operating checklist, mileage and maintenance logs, daily route records and other documentation as required; fill fuel tank...
