- Perform 2D & 3D components analysis and Prepare Design For Manufacturability (DFM) Report
- Hands on technical discussion and design confirmation with customer when needed
- Design a complete plastic mould , 3D, 2D
- To provide advice and guidance on tooling improvement and repair/maintenance
- Must have minimum 5 years experience designing in Plastic Injection Mould
- Highly proficient using Unigraphics NX7
- Requires strong plastic processing knowledge and mechanical actions of injection mould tooling.
- Knowledge of mould flow
- Knowledge of 2-colour mould
