Job Description

General Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform canvassing of vehicle purchases from reputable suppliers
• Monitor requisition and ensure timely delivery of vehicular acquisition orders from suppliers
• Perform the inspection of new motor vehicle acquisitions, observing good performance standards
• Manage and monitor fleet fuel consumption in the fleet cards, review the process of fuel requisitions, and implement approved controls to prevent fuel pilferage and other anomalous transactions
• Analyze records on consumption, vehicle maintenance, and other costs, then come up with proposals for cost-effective measures
• Outsource and negotiate with accredited suppliers for the repair and maintenance of vehicles
• Process the requests and facilitate payment for vehicle repairs, parts replacement, and automotive tools
