Compensation Structure: Commission-Based with a Guaranteed Minimum Base Draw of $13.00/hour against earned commissions.

Good-Faith Expected Earnings (OTE): $48,000 – $82,000 / year (Based on average historical performance of current sales team representatives).

Additional Compensation: Eligible for monthly uncapped unit volume bonuses and manufacturer product incentives.
