Position Overview
Job Description
- Manage the tool services and maintenance team for serial production, relocation, and new tool projects, including capacity planning and cost management.
- Serve as a tool problem-solving expert, building a problem-solving team and implementing the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach.
- Coordinate and manage KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and KPR (Key Performance Result) benchmark improvement activities.
- Develop and build competencies for new tool fitting and in-house tool making, increased cavity, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. This includes overseeing the fitting process, conducting quality checks, and coordinating tool release activities
