We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter / Mold Maker to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong carpentry experience who is interested in applying their craftsmanship to the creation of molds used in Glass Reinforced Gypsum (GRG) architectural elements. If you take pride in precision work, enjoy hands-on building, and have an eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble high-quality molds using wood and other materials
• Interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and design specifications
• Measure, cut, shape, and construct mold components with precision
• Work closely with production teams to ensure molds meet project requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Repair and modify existing molds as needed
