The role is predominantly operational‑focused 3rd line support that helps colleagues maximise modern desktop technology, balancing user needs with business goals to resolve complex technical issues and improve digital workplace services.

This role may be based at the Paddington or Southampton office, with an expectation of 12 days a month on site and travel between sites as required.
