Your responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of iOS and/or Android engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

Own the end-to-end mobile lifecycle (build, test, deploy, run – You build it, you run it)

Develop scalable, high-quality mobile applications with a strong focus on performance and user experience

Ensure code quality through pair programming, reviews, and defined engineering standards

Align mobile solutions closely with backend systems, APIs, and enterprise architecture

Drive the evolution of the mobile architecture, tooling, and overall application landscape

Identify and reduce technical debt and operational risks

Collaborate closely with Product, Design, SRE, and Security to deliver sustainable and reliable solutions
