Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer

Location: Birmingham

Monday to Friday – 40 hours

Salary £30,000 to £36,000 (depending on experience)

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer working on a Prestigious contract based within Birmingham, Handling all maintenance issues on Commercial plant equipment within commercial environments.

Duties as the Multi Skilled Engineer will include:

• Carry out PPM and extra work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards
• Check and inspection of electrical/mechanical building plant equipment (chillers, AHU, HVAC, FCU, cooling towers, boilers etc.)
• Respond to re-active works.

Desirable

• Minimum of Electrical/Mechanical City & Guilds, Part 1 and 2 or ’A’ and ’B or equivalent, BMS experience and Multi-skilling capability within building services is desira...
