Mobile Electrical/building services engineer

Salary: £45/46k + door to door travel pay

Location: Mobile role covering the south East.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Call‑Out: 1 in 8 rota (£950 annual standby)

Start Date: ASAP.

The Role

This is a electrically biased building services engineer , providing service, maintenance, and breakdownsupport across a portfolio of commercial buildings throughout London and the south east.

You will work on a wide range of M&E Plant across their diverse portfolio of clients within commercial, retail and mixed used development contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and repair on: Emergency light test, UPS, Wiring, AHU, BMS, general plant room PPM'S.
