Zest is seeking an experienced Meat Trader/Butcher to join its team in Wolverhampton. This full-time, permanent role involves cutting and preparing meat as part of a mobile operation across the West Midlands, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ butchery experience and strong knowledge of food hygiene practices, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
