The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll deliver high‑quality planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites, working safely, professionally, and collaboratively.

On Call requirement

• Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across air conditioning, mechanical, electrical and building fabric systems (dependent on skills).
• Maintaining, repairing and fault‑finding on AC systems including split systems, VRV/VRF and heat pumps.
• Carrying out installations, upgrades and minor modifications where required.
• Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, safety standards and company procedures.
• Communicating clearly with customers, colleagues, and contractors to ensure smooth service delivery.
