Mobile AC Engineer

Location: London, covering commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on splits, multi‑splits, AHUs, VRVs, ARFs, chillers, and general site PPM.
• Change filters and adjust belts.
• Escort sub‑contractors and collaborate with other mobile engineers.
• Complete general paperwork.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent with Fgas Category 1.
• Proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Hours

7 am to 4 pm, Monday‑Friday.

Salary

48,000 £ basic plus overtime and one call‑out every four weeks.
