About the Position

We are looking for a MMS Coordinator to join the MP&F team, reporting directly to the MP&F Manager.

This position is based at our office in Toluca.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and deployment of MMS methodology across all plant levels
• Promote MMS culture and ensure alignment across the organization
• Drive continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives focused on waste and loss reduction
• Monitor achievement of annual savings and improvement targets
• Ensure compliance with management systems: Quality (IATF 16949), Environmental (ISO 14001), Health & Safety (ISO 45001)

What Qualifications you will bring

• Minimum 3 years in management systems in automotive industry
• Lean Manufacturing
• Kaizen and 5S
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
