REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mixologist within 4/5 star hotel.Specialises in Preparing, Mixing Cocktails and enhances the customer experience.Ability to experiment and be creative with cocktails menu and ingredientsGreat interpersonal and communication skills essential.Customer-oriented, friendly but professional approach.Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle high-pressure situations with professionalismFlexible approach to working hours as this role includes shift work and weekends.
