The Mitigation Technician is key in supporting emergency response and restoration projects to meet client and insurance company requirements. This position involves applying restoration techniques in content and structural cleaning, structural drying, and water remediation, following IICRC S-500 Standards. The Mitigation Technician collaborates with team members under supervision in residential and commercial settings, and may also work independently to ensure successful execution of emergency response and restoration efforts, meet project goals, and exceed customer expectations.
