Role Overview
This position plays a key role in supporting the Aftersales department by effectively resolving SAP-related issues for front-end users, maintaining packages to drive revenue, managing backend data for seamless system integration, and leading process improvement projects. The role also involves collaboration across teams to ensure system efficiency and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage MIS (Management Information System) reports.
- Drive and implement change initiatives using SAP and other current or emerging technologies.
- Train and support managers across various locations in using SAP to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance improvement.
- Identify best practices within service workshops and standardise their implementation across all locations.
