We are seeking a Mine Operations Superintendent to join our team. Reporting to the Mine Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing the safety, production, and quality of mine operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage mine operations to optimize production, minimize costs, and maximize revenue.
Oversee mine designs, plans, schedules, resource definitions, and operational reporting to ensure accuracy and alignment with objectives.
Monitor grade control, reconciliation processes, and production reporting to maintain quality and compliance.
