To maintain Plant and Equipment in accordance with standards operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance on the plant.
• Maintain maintenance connection works orders and Preventive Maintenance Schedules.
• Create site reports and update Maintenance Connection of any Equipment change on site.
• Carry out routine inspections and functionality checks as per schedule on different plant sections and raise a works order for defects/out of calibration equipment.
• Pneumatic and Electronic calibrations.
• Installation and maintenance of Analog Gauges/Indicators.
• Fault finding on instrument loops and electrical circuits.
• Panel design and wiring.
• Remove and replace control valves and electric motors.
• Execute works orders and scheduled task as per CMMS.
