About the Role
We are looking for a Miles Expert to support our International Shared Service Center in Madrid, delivering end‑to‑end solutions to BNP Paribas Personal Finance entities worldwide. The position involves managing the Miles software platform in compliance with a defined RACI matrix and IT governance, serving various client needs through an expertise centre.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain user accounts, profiles, and permissions
- Set up and manage data imports and exports
- Configure and maintain system workflows and business processes
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to users
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise system enhancements and improvements
- Monitor incident SLAs and KPI
