**Job Title: MIG/Stick Welder**

**Pay: $22.50/hr**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on performing high-quality MIG and Stick welding on steel components while accurately reading and interpreting blueprints and weld symbols. You will work with a range of steel thicknesses and will be expected to set up welding equipment and pass a MIG weld test to demonstrate your proficiency.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to determine welding requirements and specifications.
+ Perform MIG welding on steel, including basic flat welds, following established quality and safety standards.
+ Perform Stick welding on steel components as required for production and repair work.
+ Work with steel materials ranging from 20-gauge to 5/8 inch thickness, ensuring strong and consistent welds.
+ Set up and adjust MIG welding machines after they are zeroed out to achieve proper weld parameters.
