About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Microsoft Technology Associate to support Enterprise Agreement (EA), Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), and other Microsoft licensing customers. The MSA plays a critical role in complementing the Microsoft Technology Specialist (MTS) by managing licensing operations, renewals, and day-to-day customer engagement across the territory. This role helps customers navigate licensing complexity, answer questions, and ensure smooth execution of agreement milestones.
