You will own and grow FluidOne’s Microsoft CSP licensing revenue across the SMB and mid‑market customer base, working closely with Account Managers and Customer Success to drive net‑new, upsell, and renewal opportunities. The role combines commercial ownership of CSP subscriptions with hands‑on support to simplify licensing for customers and ensure they are correctly sized, optimised, and compliant.

Responsibilities

  • Grow Microsoft CSP (NCE) revenue and margin across SMB and mid‑market accounts, with clear new business, upsell, and retention targets.
  • Act as the go‑to specialist for Microsoft 365, Azure, and related cloud subscriptions, advising customers and sales teams on optimal licence mixes for their needs.
  • Design and present licensing proposals, quotations, and commercial options that clearly show cost, value, and licensing implications.
