M365 L2 Support Engineer – Manage, support and administer hybrid Microsoft 365 environments for customers in a regulated financial institution. Serve as the primary escalation point for M365‑related incidents, ensure service continuity and maintain a security‑first approach across Exchange Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, Intune and Entra ID.
Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve L2 escalations across Exchange Online/Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune and Entra ID.
- Administer hybrid identity including Azure AD Connect sync health, Conditional Access troubleshooting and MFA.
- Manage user lifecycle, mailbox administration, license assignments and Teams/SharePoint governance.
- Support Exchange hybrid coexistence including mailbox migrations, mail flow and certificate renewals.
- Manage Intune device enrollment, compliance policies, app deployments and Autopilot profiles.
