Role Summary (What success looks like)

The Copilot Trainer is a functional Copilot expert and adoption practitioner responsible for driving awareness → capability → habit formation → measurable productivity outcomes for Microsoft 365 Copilot across targeted business personas. The trainer will present, demonstrate, and deliver webinars across the full M365 Copilot experience, teach prompting best practices, run persona discovery / day-in-the-life interviews, facilitate design thinking workshops, create lesson plans and hands on labs, run Change Corners, and execute targeted adoption campaigns to maximize usage, satisfaction, and ROI.
